The University of Utah Medical School is conducting a study on the health benefits of Xocai products. The study is being funded in part by the National Institute of Health and also involves the University of San Francisco and the University of Boston Medical School.

As with any major study, the researchers at the University of Utah Medical School prepared a study protocol. The study is entitled "The Effects of Xocai Antioxidant Supplements on Artheroclerosis Risk Factors".
According to the study protocol, they expect to demonstrate the following:

Increased vascular reactivity; |

Improved arterial compliance; |
| |

Increased HDL-C levels; |
| |
4. |
Decreased xoidation of LDL (or susceptibility to its oxidantion); |

Reduced insulin resistance |

Experts tell us that if the cardiologist conducting this study are right and they get the results they expect, then Xocai may very well be on the front page of thousands of major newspaper around the globe.
Keep in mind, this study is not simply targeting dark chocolate, it is specifically measuring the benefical health effects of Xocai products.
